Join me in this 7-minute daily morning yoga sequence, specially designed for men over 50. As your guide and yoga teacher, I’ve crafted this beginner-friendly routine to gently awaken and energize your body first thing in the morning or any time you need to take a mental break.

I deliberately do this in sneakers to illustrate how you don’t have to be in yoga gear, take your shoes off etc. to stop and do yoga. Time is scare don’t waste it on details like that.

Included in this sequence:

  • 5-5-5 Breathing on Back
  • Supine Arm Circles
  • Revolved Twists (Supine Twist)
  • Hamstrings Stretch
  • Dead Bugs
  • Frog Pose
  • Yoga Squat (Malasana)

These poses are selected to improve your shoulder mobility, enhance spinal flexibility, strengthen your core, increase hip openness, and promote overall relaxation while you wake up.
